Chemical Plant Engineering Resources: Construction, Machinery, Operation & Maintenance Top page(English)

Practical guides, design insights, and real plant experiences for chemical engineers working in chemical and process industries.

About Me

I am a user-side chemical plant engineer specializing in batch operations. With over 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering, production technology, plant operations, and production planning, I have worked across various roles in chemical manufacturing.

When I joined the industry, structured training was almost nonexistent. Most of what I learned came from self-study, trial and error, and asking senior operators for guidance. I remember how difficult it was to find clear, practical, and reliable information—especially the kind of knowledge you need on the job but rarely find in textbooks.

That frustration became the reason I started writing.

Here, I share the essential knowledge I wish I had when I was starting out:
– Practical troubleshooting methods
– Batch operation fundamentals
– Equipment behavior and failure patterns
– Safety and risk awareness
– Lessons learned from real plant experience

My goal is simple: to provide practical, experience-based knowledge that helps plant engineers and operators work with more confidence and clarity.
